Enter your TRACE AI email. TRACE AI accounts are separate from TRACE MS. The request is recorded for TRACE AI recovery; no TRACE MS email or password is used.

If reset email is not configured, an authenticated TRACE AI administrator can finish the recovery in the Users & access panel. No TRACE MS approval is required.
